Irmadene grew up in a Midwestern farming family that always struggled to make ends meet. She realized at an early age “If you want something you have never had, you must be willing to do something you have never done.” So ... she joined the Army, serving as a soldier for six years, then became a nurse, a mom, a farm owner, a leadership trainer, an event venue owner and with much apprehension, an author. Every step she took has shown her that she had the power to change the trajectory of her life, and so do you!
