March FEW Meeting | Empower: Increase Health and Happiness in Life and Work. It Starts With You!

We all have the ability to empower ourselves for our health and happiness. When we do this, we empower others to lift themselves up, as well. It creates a cycle of wellness in whatever environment we are in, but the cycle has to start somewhere–and it starts with you.

Regan Birr, Owner of Regan MOVES and Founder/Executive Director of the Lupus Research Foundation will share five keys that have helped her lift herself up and achieve her goals, even during extremely challenging times. Attendees will leave with effective tools and the knowledge that they have the power within themselves–power so strong that it can fuel every desire they have!

Regan is the founder and executive director of the Lupus Research Foundation. She also owns Regan MOVES, a wellness company dedicated to helping people feel better with easy and effective exercise and nutrition.

Regan is a lupus and arthritis patient and has worked on improving her pain for many years. She is a mechanical engineer with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Saskatchewan. She designed a low-torque, easy-on-the-joints exercise classes that she teaches 3 days a week online. She also coaches people individually.

Regan believes we can all move past limitations and have the life we want, and she also believes that in business and in life, repeatability is the key to personal growth and productivity. She gives talks to businesses and health organizations around the U.S. including Duke University and Health Partners.
