- No weight limit, everything we do is safe and can be adjusted, adapted in many ways for comfort, ease and support
- NO jewelry or makeup allowed! This includes watches, rings, etc. They will snag the silk fabric
- Wear shirts that cover armpits. NO tank tops. Something that is cotton works best as it is less slippery than athletic wear
- Limit food, caffeine/soda at least 2 hour prior
- We have yoga mats, no need to bring anything
- Arrive at least 15 to 20 min. prior so we can measure and set up the silks
- No experience in yoga needed :-) Just an open mind and joyful attitude!
