The Art of Conversation and Communication

Small talk does not have to be small. When we understand how to engage in a conversation that connects us to one another, we can take our small talk to a deeper level. In this talk, we will dig into practical strategies to improve the effectiveness of our communication with others. This will be accomplished through gaining an understanding of the different communication styles, along with uncovering our own unique style. Understanding the impact of how we naturally communicate with others will help us to learn how to adapt to best connect and communicate with those around us.
