Ayan Omar, Director of Equity - St. Cloud Area School District 

Ayan will be calling forth the accomplishments of women who chose acceptance over tolerance. Leading with acceptance, these women overcame barriers to achieve and contribute to society through a lens of hope. The trailblazers of equity, women continue to sustain justice through curiosity, creativity, and innovation, enabling communities and villages across the globe. 

Ayan intends to define, highlight, and amplify inspirational female voices from past and present who forged their own path and redefined excellence.
