Intentional Growth Plan: Part 2
Jason Hunt
It's 1/2 way through the year. What have you been learning? How is your personal growth? What daily activities have you been intentionally doing to make yourself better? Whether you have grown more than any other year, or you've just been "too busy," Developing an Intentional Growth Plan II is for you.
In this session, you will review the difference between growth and goals and how you can own our momentum through GROW (Go for What's Possible, Rely on Strengths, Open and Extend Intentionally, Wash, rinse, repeat). More importantly, you'll learn the secrets of how to sustain your growth momentum. Personal growth isn't easy…if it were, everybody would be doing it and they're not! Those whose growth trajectories are steep have learned the importance of celebration, the best way to respond to hits, and how to get rid of headtrash.
I'll also share several methods to find more time in your day, thus making it easier to be intentional in that which matters most. Becoming a lifelong learner is not something that you can do in a day, but rather day by day and I'll show you how to sustain your momentum in this FEW customized, highly interactive, and strongly engaging session called Developing an Intentional Growth Plan II.
