Developing an Intentional Growth Plan
Jason Hunt, CEO of Eye Squared Leadership
Have you ever been stuck, trying to figure out how you can grow and get better? This happens most often when we set a new goal, actively strive towards that goal, and then find ourselves a few months later completely unmotivated or off track from our goal. What happened? If you are like most people, the failure occurred by not intertwining your initial goal with a long-term plan. In this FEW-customized, highly interactive, and strongly engaging session, you'll learn how to own your momentum by becoming intentional in your short-term AND long-term growth. You'll learn how to change your BS (belief systems), how to think in possibilities not probabilities, and how lifetime growth is more important than specific goals. In our time together, Jason will share with you the top reasons why people get stuck in growth and give you practical and relevant strategies and tools to help you grow for the long run. Becoming a lifelong learner is not something that you can do in a day, but rather day by day.
Jason will be following up with us in June as our June speaker to help us hold ourselves accountable and stick to our intentional growth plans!
Jason Hunt makes it easier for people to like and follow their leaders. He is the founder and CEO of Eye Squared Leadership, and he has had the pleasure of working with companies large and small, such as FedEx, the Taylor Corporation, McAfee, Jack Links, SunLife, and Pearson. His journey on self-development started when he took a $5,000 loan out to join an illegal pyramid scheme when he was 21. After that mistake, he continued to study and learn about self-leadership. Today he gets up at 5 a.m. every day, has an extremely strict daily routine, reads 2–3 books per month, listens to several podcasts, and pretends to be normal.
Jason has master’s degree in leadership, is certified by the John Maxwell Leadership Institute, is the author of The Other Side: 5 Rules for Leading with Influence, and was awarded the National Speakers Association chapter member of the year award for 2021. Jason lives in Owatonna, Minn., with his wife and four kids.
