Anxiety and Depression: Mental Health in and Around Us
Terri Fedorenko, MS, LMFT

Join us as we demystify mental health. Terri will share on common mental health difficulties, causes, and the process of healing work. She will cover, in common language and illustrated examples, how common mental health concerns present in order to recognize them in ourselves, as well as, equip us as leaders and caregivers to be beneficial to others in the midst of their struggles.

Terri is a licensed marriage and family therapist.  She considers it an honor to walk through hard seasons with individuals and couples. Terri specializes in women’s mental health and trauma recovery. She works with The Center for Family Counseling officing out of the Waters Church in Sartell and has presented at several conferences regarding mental health, relationship, and parenting. Terri is a wife and mother to five grown children ranging from 29 to almost 18 and grandmother to one enchanting 4-year-old and another sweet one to come in September.
