Courage and Connection in Times of Adversity with Amy Andrews McMaster, Leadership Consultant

Resilience is a great theme for 2021, in a time when we are tired of being physically separated, traumatized by COVID, and heartbroken with the political divisions and unchecked racism.

Amy is a leadership and culture consultant, executive coach, courage builder, and Certified Dare to LeadTM Facilitator with 2 decades of experience in education, leadership development, workshop facilitation, and transformational coaching. She’s worked with associations such as Women in Transportation and Society of Women Engineers, and organizations like OpenTable, Catholic Health Initiatives, Heartland, Metro State University, Canvas Credit Union Whole Foods Market, and FirstBank. Amy has a unique ability to hold a safe, non-judgmental space that builds trust and connection while offering a new realm of possibilities, both personally and professionally. Humor, passion, and science are key elements of her work. She loves collaborating with innovative leaders to turn insight into powerful action and positive impact. The world is desperate for braver leaders and courageous cultures and Amy is committed to help. Learn more @
