Alia Allison is a Yoga Teacher, Executive Coach and Director of Talent Management. She will share her personal journey of flipping her life upside down in order to intentionally create her best life. Alia will inspire and challenge FEW members and guests in an interactive session to discover:

Alia is an advocate, truth teller and co-creator. She believes that a leader’s fullest potential is already inside of them and that her purpose is to help you to unleash it. As an Executive Coach and Talent Management Director, her goal is to empower and activate positive, authentic growth in individuals through self-discovery, awareness and choice.
Alia Allison was born and raised in Wisconsin and attended University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business. She has held a variety of roles at Target Corporation and General Mills Inc. Currently, Alia is the Director for Talent Management for Athleta (subsidiary of Gap Inc) in San Francisco, CA. In addition, Alia received her 500 Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certification at Charmed City Yoga (now YogaWorks) and Zuna Yoga. Lastly, Alia is a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach (CCPC) through CTI.
