Wellbeing is a holistic program developed by Margie Giauque whose life long passion is to help women rejuvenate and achieve greater success, life balance and more satisfaction using their personal strengths. As a respected leader in the career services field for over 30 years, Margie has provided counseling, coaching, classes and workshops to help others achieve success and realize their full potential. Margie has presented to National, Regional and State Conferences on various topics numerous times over the years.
Margie holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. She is a life-long learner and continued her education in strengths development through Gallup and is certified in Strengths-Based Education and as a Gallup Strengths Coach. She has been working with strengths development since 2009 and has conducted many sessions on Strengths-Based approaches to be a successful student, employee and team member.
In 2016, Margie created RENEW and developed a dynamic
curriculum using strengths that will provide a network and
learning opportunities to empower women to increase their
wellbeing in five key areas: Purpose, Social, Financial, Physical
and Community. This holistic approach is based on the Well
Being book written by Tom Rath and Jim Harter. Tom Rath also
wrote StrengthsFinder 2.0 which includes the assessment to learn
your top five themes of talent/strengths.
