Life is busy! We are often stretched thin in our day-to-day lives as we attempt to balance our personal and professional responsibilities. But which roles are the most meaningful to us and have the greatest impact to those around us?

Mike Stalboerger is the Operations Director at Mahowald. Mike will share his personal development story and explain what motivates him to make a difference in the lives of those around him. Mike’s authentic delivery will challenge FEW Members and guests to examine and question how their own daily actions influence others, and why it is vital to demonstrate the courage to lead through action.
